In the app
Open RideAlong, go to Profile › Account › Delete account, and confirm. This permanently deletes your profile and associated data. Active bookings must be completed or cancelled first.
By email
If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from your account email address and ask us to delete your account. We may verify your identity before actioning the request.
What is deleted
Your profile, rides, bookings, messages, reviews you authored, uploaded documents and notification data are removed or de-identified. Some records may be retained where required by law, for fraud prevention, or to resolve disputes and comply with financial and tax obligations, and are then deleted under our retention process. Payment and payout records held by Stripe are subject to Stripe's own retention.
